These terms apply to all offers, services and agreements.
3. Services
DJ and live performances, music production, composition, studio work, licensing and collaborations.
4. Formation of agreements
Agreements are concluded upon written confirmation.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are agreed contractually. Payment must be made within the agreed term.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation terms are agreed per contract.
7. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights remain with Dennis Louvra unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Liability
Liability is limited to direct damages and the invoiced amount.
9. Force majeure
No liability in cases of force majeure.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Hamburg.
11. Amendments
These terms may be amended.
